Middletown Village has a soccer field, while Levels Road Park is the newest addition to Middletown and includes a dog park, pavilions, walking trails, playgrounds, and an 8-acre catch and release fishing pond. Events that take place in Middletown include the Old Tyme Peach Festival and the M.O.T. (Middletown, Odessa, and Townsend) Big Ball Marathon, among many others.
